The staff at this place was super friendly always accommodating even when I had questions like where to grab a bite at night. The breakfast spread was excellent scrambled eggs bacon and even some Asian flavors like miso soup which was unexpected but surprisingly good.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly the stay was acceptable.

The common areas, especially around the pool, felt like an island paradise with a vibrant tiki theme. And I appreciated how accessible everything was, making it easy for everyone to enjoy without any steep stairs.

An update to the carpet would enhance comfort.

Just wish the rest matched that quality.

my experience at holiday inn express was just disappointing. first, my card was charged before check-in, and I almost went into overdraft. also, the cleaning left a lot to be desired, especially with a weird odor. oddly enough, I expected a nicer room since I’m here for business. would’ve been nice to get a welcome gift as compensation, I just couldn’t give a good review.

The kids loved the jousting and dinner show. The hotel was super cozy. The free shuttle made it easy to explore the area. Tammy, the staff member, was also great at accommodating our family's needs.
